What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we have a warehouse where you can visit, see, and try all our products, book your warehouse visit here.

BevWizard primarily serves businesses in the food and beverage industry, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, and offices. However, individual customers looking for bulk purchases are also welcome.

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly on our website, via email, or by calling our customer service team. Simply select your desired products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Do you offer delivery across the UAE?

Yes, we offer delivery across the UAE. Free delivery is available for orders over 2000 AED (excluding VAT). We also offer a warehouse pick-up option.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping for select products. International shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please note that any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards, as well as cash payments for local orders. All payments are securely processed via our encrypted checkout system.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, including shipping fees. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all equipment sold by BevWizard includes a manufacturer's warranty, typically valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please retain your invoice for warranty claims.
