Shipping Policy
At BevWizard, we strive to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible and offer complimentary weekly delivery schedules for select locations across the UAE.
Delivery Options
Your order will typically be dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation. Please note that while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, BevWizard cannot be held liable for any unforeseen delays. Delivery information such as your name, address, and contact details will only be used for shipping purposes.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be displayed based on your location and the urgency of your order.
Domestic Delivery
We offer free delivery for orders of 2000 AED or more (excluding VAT) across the UAE.
Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). We will contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to notify you of the delivery on the day of arrival.
Warehouse Pick-Up
Save on shipping fees by choosing free local pick-up at our Dubai warehouse. Simply select local pickup at checkout, and your order will be ready within 1 business day. We’ll send you an email once your order is prepared, along with detailed pick-up instructions.

International Shipping
International shipping options will be shown at checkout, along with the corresponding rates. Depending on the destination, delivery may take 7 to 20 days. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT upon reaching your country. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at store@bevwizard.ae as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We will review the situation and work to provide a satisfactory resolution.
