Terms & Conditions

General

BevWizard Trading L.L.C. is registered and domiciled in the United Arab Emirates under license number 1183671 as a Limited Liability Company. These conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. BevWizard Trading L.L.C. will not deal with or provide any services or products to OFAC-sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE law. The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions made with BevWizard Trading L.L.C., whether made online, in person at our showrooms, via email, or by telephone. BevWizard reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. By registering at the online store, placing an order, or entering into a supply agreement with BevWizard Trading L.L.C., you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which together with any other signed agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and BevWizard Trading L.L.C. Neither party is liable to the other for any failure to fulfill its obligations if any such failure is due to Force Majeure.

If any provision of these conditions is held invalid, unenforceable, or illegal for any reason, the remaining conditions shall prevail.

Order Placement and Payment

Orders may be placed online via our store, email, or telephone. Acceptance of an order will be confirmed by email to the address provided during registration and becomes binding upon acceptance. BevWizard will validate your order, payment card details, and contact details before acceptance. We accept payment by cash, Visa, and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED. Payment will be processed prior to order acceptance and debited before dispatch. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks by the card issuer. If your payment is not authorized, BevWizard will not be liable for any delay or cancellation. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users and cannot transact or use the website.

This online store uses 128-bit security encryption to protect your personal information. Payments for our products or services are made via a secure connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies.

Delivery & Warehouse Pick-Up

BevWizard accepts orders for delivery or collection within the UAE but does not offer international shipping. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of acceptance. BevWizard makes every effort to deliver goods as quickly as possible. Delivery information, such as name, address, and contact number, will be stored for delivery purposes only.

Unless otherwise agreed, products are delivered within 2 business days of confirmation and are accompanied by an invoice or delivery note. Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings on the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Warehouse pick-up is also available as an option. Customers can collect their orders directly from our facility, subject to order confirmation and readiness.

Product Quality & Availability

BevWizard warrants the quality of all ingredients supplied and ensures that all products meet international standards. If a product becomes unavailable, BevWizard will hold your order until the product is available. If permanently unavailable, an alternative or full refund will be offered.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All equipment sold by BevWizard Trading L.L.C. includes a manufacturer’s warranty. BevWizard warrants that equipment will be free from defects for one year from the date of sale, excluding consumables. It is the manufacturer’s obligation to repair or replace defective parts. Faulty parts must be returned for inspection.

BevWizard will not be liable if repairs or replacements are required due to external factors, improper use, or lack of proper maintenance.

Please retain your original invoice for verification of the purchase date.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund, including shipping fees. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

Pricing Policy & Amendments

BevWizard reserves the right to amend published prices without notice and to add or withdraw products. Contracted prices will be subject to 30 days' written notice.

Applicable Law

Any dispute or claim arising from services provided by BevWizard will be governed by the laws of the UAE and under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

VAT & Taxation

All pricing includes VAT and duties in the UAE. A tax invoice will be provided with every order. BevWizard is registered under the UAE registration number 104131833600003.

Limitation of Liability

BevWizard is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from delays in supply or other factors. The customer accepts that, to the extent allowed by law, BevWizard provides no warranty for equipment suitability. BevWizard’s liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product or equipment.

Credit Applications & Conditions

The terms of this agreement apply in addition to any terms and conditions of credit extended by BevWizard to the customer. If payments are not made within the specified time, BevWizard may withdraw services or supplies at its discretion.

Definitions & Interpretation

The following definitions apply unless stated otherwise:

- Business Day: A day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday in the UAE.
- Confidential Information: Includes all information about BevWizard’s business plans, finances, trade secrets, etc., except for information that becomes public knowledge.
- Force Majeure: Includes natural disasters, wars, terrorist actions, and other events beyond control.
- VAT: Value Added Tax.
- Intellectual Property: All patent, copyright, trademark, and other property rights, whether registered or not.
- Loss: All liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses.
