Shipping policy
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours from receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). We will send you a confirmation email and advise once your order has been shipped. Bevwizard make every effort to deliver goods as quickly as possible and offer free weekly schedules for some locations in the UAE.
Depending on the location of delivery there may be several options for shipping depending on the urgency of your order.
Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 (two) working days of order acceptance. Bevwizard shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. Delivery information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes only and you authorise use of your personal information in respect of the same.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders 2000 AED and above (Excluding VAT) across the UAE.
Deliveries are made from 8:00 am on Monday to Saturday [excluding holidays]. We will contact you at the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at warehouse in Dubai. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on Monday to Thursday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. Please ensure you have your order confirmation email with you.
International Shipping
International shipping options where available will be shown at checkout along with rates. Depending on the destination of delivery, shipping time can vary greatly. Please allow 7 – 20 days for delivery.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bevwizard is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to Post Office Boxes
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@eurocoffee.ae with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these situations on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
